Your box, shipping materials, and prepaid FedEx shipping label will be delivered in two business days. Once you receive the box, here’s what you will need to do next:

• Use ONLY NEW packing material. Place your watch inside a Bubble Pack. Place the bubble pack inside a small carrier box. (You may place additional cushioning materials to prevent the bubble pack from bouncing around the box). Attach the security label (inner box label) onto the small carrier box. Close and tape the flaps with clear packing tape. Place the small box inside a medium carrier box. Close and tape the flaps with packing tape. Affix the shipping label to the sealed box.
• For pick-ups at your location, hand the sealed box to the driver and make sure he/she scans the box. For packages being dropped off at a FedEx location (FedEx Center or FedEx Office), make sure you receive a receipt at drop off. Click here to find one closest to you.

It is the shippers’ responsibility to follow the instructions for packaging. Please note that failure to following above packaging instructions may result in the denial of insurance claim in the event of a loss or damage.
