The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore chronograph is a truly impressive timepiece. A 59-jewel calibre 3126/3840 manufacture automatic movement boasts complicated chronograph functions as well as an automatic date and a 50-hour power reserve. AP houses this impressive movement within a 44mm case outfitted with a sapphire crystal and waterproofness up to 100 meters. A masculine black rubber strap accompanies the case and holds secure via a steel pin buckle. The Royal Oak Offshore is a masculine tool-watch, a fact that is reflected in the utilitarian design of the case. The silver Méga Tapisserie dial further adds to the tool-watch design of the ref. 26400SO and is topped with contrasting black subdial counters and applied white gold and luminous index hour markers and central hands. A silver Tachymeter bezel frames the dial, allowing the wearer to measure great speeds.
