Pre-owned Cartier Calibre de Cartier ref WSCA0006 (circa 2013 or newer) is powered by an in-house self-winding mechanical movement. This is particularly noteworthy because the French Maison outsourced its movements until the turn of the new millennium. By bringing production in-house, it has established itself even further as a key player in the luxury watchmaking industry. Ref. WSCA0006 represents the brand's modern evolution by housing the movement in a black ADLC-coated stainless steel case. A matching black dial, bezel, and rubber strap create a sleek design that is somewhat of a departure from the usual Cartier offerings.
