- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Help customers in lobby with sales and service needs
- Assist with servicing watches
- Customer service experience, retail environment preferred
- Passion for being part of a team in a rapidly expanding industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
