The first Oyster Perpetual Datejust was released in 1945. It's distinguished by a jump date mechanism on the dial, which was the first of its kind when it came to the market. The Datejust was originally only produced for men, with women's references following a little over a decade later. Known as the Lady-Datejust, the women's edition boasts all the same amenities as the men's references while providing a smaller size and weight. The ref. 69173 is a gorgeous steel and gold edition of the Lady-Datejust that also features a stunning champagne dial. While this variation is sophisticated enough for formal occasions, the addition of a waterproof screw-down crown and a sapphire crystal over the dial also makes the ref. 69173 suitable for everyday wear.

Excellent , best Shopping experience ever
Overall the watch is in good condition, I just think it should’ve been rated in II/III in the very least if not a III. This watch was rated a II, but has pretty severe band stretch. The men’s datejust I ordered a day before this one was rated II and has no visible band stretch.
