Ladies Rolex Datejust 279174
In 2016, Rolex discontinued the 26mm Oyster case and replaced it with the 28mm variation that is presented here today. Contemporary without overtaking the wrist, the newest generation of Lady-Datejust watches are right on trend with modern tastes. The used Rolex 279174 is the White Rolesor variation that pairs lustrous 18 karat white gold with 904L-grade Oystersteel. This white metal finish is incredibly versatile, offering toughness and subtle style for everyday wear as well as luxurious white gold for finer occasions. The case is worn on a Jubilee bracelet and displays the time via contemporary Chromalight baton hour markers. A next-generation calibre 2236 perpetual movement beats within the case and boasts a 55-hour power reserve as well as a date complication and accuracy of -2/+2 seconds per day after casing.

My wife and I have worn Rolex Datejust watches for close to 40 years. This one we purchased earlier this week will replace the 2005 model that we will pass onto our daughter in recognition of earning her PHD. Rolex is one of those products that will never be questioned when owned...timeless, beautiful, reliable, and understated. Like all mechanical devices they need maintenance, eventually and that is OK!
