The Lady-Datejust began production in the mid-1950s and is available in an array of feature sets, including the all-gold ref. 79178 that you see here today. If you’re in the market for an affordable gold Rolex, this take on the Lady-Datejust might be the perfect watch for your wrist. Its feature set includes a classic 26mm Oyster case, a gorgeous fluted bezel, a matching champagne dial topped with yellow gold hour markers and hands, and an older-style five-link Jubilee bracelet with honeycomb links and a Fliplock clasp. The case itself is waterproof up to 100 meters and houses a chronometer-rated calibre 2235 Perpetual movement, creating, not only a gorgeous statement piece but also a very reliable wristwatch.
