Oris Chronoris Date
The modern Oris chronograph - aka the ChronOris - honors the aesthetic of the inaugural model from the 1970s while bringing a contemporary feature set to the table. The multi-piece case is a work of art, offering polished and beveled edges, domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystals with anti-reflective coatings on the front and back of the case, an inner rotatable minute track, a depth rating of up to 10 bar, and a diameter of 39mm. Within the case beats an Oris calibre 733 base SW 200-1 movement, which also happens to offer a 38-hour power reserve and automatic winding technology. The grey dial is sporty and sleek, displaying the time via Superluminova BE W9 and orange baton hour markers and hands. This particular preowned Oris wears on a brown leather strap bracelet, enhancing its sophisticated motor sport aesthetic.
