The first Rolex Submariner was introduced to market at Basel Watch Fair 1954. Fifty years later, Rolex released an anniversary edition via the green bezel "Kermit" ref. 16610V that you see here today. A popular choice among collectors who seek a colorful sports watch, the Kermit pairs the green bezel with a black modern maxi dial and a brushed stainless steel finish, creating a bold style that isn't too flashy or ostentatious. It's also important to note that the Kermit was the first instance of a maxi dial on the Submariner Date, adding even further to its appeal among preowned Rolex collectors. As a traditional Submariner diver's watch, the ref. 16610V also features a depth rating of up to 300 meters, a unidirectional timing bezel, and a COSC-rated calibre 3135 Perpetual movement.

Pros, simple it’s a Rolex Submarnier. As one should know Rolex uses a different stainless than others which gives it it’s unique look. Super crisp view of the dial, top notch attention to detail. Case arrived in perfect condition and overall a good purchase. If you could only have one, the Submarnier should be your top pick. It wears well as casual or dress from tee to tux!
