Two-tone vintage Rolex watches, such as the Datejust reference 1601, never go out of style. Sophisticated and incredibly well-made, the two-tone Datejust is an excellent statement piece for any outfit or occasion. Stainless steel adds resilience, while 18 karat yellow gold adds luxury style for finer occasions. The iconic jump date that launched the Datejust into watch infamy is prominently displayed at the 3-hour marker along with a magnifying Cyclops lens for easy viewing. A champagne dial offers yellow gold indices, the Rolex logo, and elegant central sweeping hands for a sophisticated style that you will be proud to show off. Rolex pairs the 36mm Oyster case with a matching steel and gold Jubilee bracelet and Fliplock clasp for a secure and comfortable hold.

The whole process was seamless and as promised. The watch was in perfect condition and the presentation and packaging was outstanding. The Affirm process was seamless as well. I would definitely recommend Bob's Watches and do business with them again.
Stunning good looks. The slate dial is a bit more understated than the silver, gold, or black datejust dials, which I feel is important. The dial color pairs well with the bracelet or any brown or black leather straps.
Serial Number 2801936 is the one that I own. It is a complete set with box and papers. Unlike the version, shown in the photo, I have no luminescent hands. Great timepiece and has increased in value from the $255 Price Tag from June 28,1972. P.S. Not For Sale.
