The reference 118238 is a newer addition to the Rolex catalog, featuring a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, brilliant 18 karat yellow gold, a Twinlock screw-down crown, and a Rolex calibre 3155 perpetual movement with a COSC certification and Paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring.
