Why are there two prices for each watch?

These two prices are a "buy" and "sell" price for the watch you are seeing. The "buy" price is how much you can buy it for and the "sell" price is how much you can sell it to us for after you buy it. This is what makes Bob's Watches so unique is we provide this information on the front page of our website so its much easier to understand what you are truly investing in your watch.

How does shipping work?

We offer FREE next-day USPS shipping. There are no extra charges for shipping and we will ship your watch soon after your order is processed. The package is also insured by the USPS.

How can I get a price for my watch if it’s not listed?

There are two answers to this question. You can either call us at 1(800) 494-3708 or you can click the "sell" button anywhere on the site and fill out the form with information about your watch. Remember the more information you give us the more accurate our estimate on your watch will be.

Can I sell other types of watches on the website?

Yes, we buy certain other types of watches on the site. Please give us a call or fill out the "Sell Your Watch" form to give us information about your watch.

Why do some watches have bigger gaps between their buy and sell prices than others?

Particular watches are less popular than others and happen to leave our store less quickly. These watches have the biggest difference between the buy and sell prices because we have to cover our costs while we hold them. The more popular models have much smaller differences because we get them in and out of our store quickly and don't have to hold them very long.

Is this site secure?

Bob's Watches is protected by a 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so your information is completely secure with Bob's Watches. Also we will never sell or distribute your information to anyone. 

How do I know the watch I buy from your site is real?

All of our watches are certified by our watch experts as a 100% authentic. If you have any suspicions about your watch's authenticity send it back to us at anytime and we will give you a full refund.

What types of payment can I use?

We offer payment by Credit Card as well as payment by wire.

How long does shipping take? When will I get my watch?

We ship anywhere in the continental US for FREE next day.
