We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Any pre-owned watch, with the exception of vintage watches purchased from us, may be returned, in the same condition sold, and including all boxes, papers, books and accessories, within three (3) calendar days from receipt. This policy is FOR ONLINE SALES ONLY and provided that the watch has not been worn. There is no return policy for watches sold in the store. All store sales are final. For online sales, we ask that you notify us of your intention to return the watch immediately and that you ship the merchandise back to our office before the expiration of this three calendar day return policy, insured for the full purchase price, at your expense. Must be post marked before the 3rd calendar day. All watches sent to us by customers looking to sell their watches will adhere to this return policy: watches will be returned to the customer by FedEx 2nd day, or USPS registered mail, at our sole discretion. We cannot be responsible for lost packages. Upon receipt of the returned item, in the condition in which it was sold, we will refund the purchase price, less shipping. Unless otherwise stated on this website, or any product page, there is no return policy whatsoever on any watch listed as a "vintage watch" . All International sales are "final".
To facilitate returns please keep in mind:
- Returns must be returned postmarked before three calendar days ( except on vintage watches which are not returnable unless otherwise stated ) to Bob's from the date of receipt.
- Merchandise that has been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted for returns
- Do not remove any plastic seals, the security tags , etc until you are certain you are keeping the item. If you attempt to remove the plastic or tags, the item will not be accepted for return.
- You must call Customer Service for a return authorization number within the time stated on the item listing. The item must be in Bob's possession within 7 days of receiving the return number. There will be no exceptions.
Bob’s Watches warranties all watches, except vintage watches and quartz movement watches, for one full year from date of invoice, unless otherwise indicated in the listing or invoice. The warranty does not cover: cracked or broken crystals, water damage due often times to improperly tightened crown, or damage from abuse or misuse. All international sales are "final".

Bob’s Watches warranties all watches for one full year from date of invoice, unless otherwise indicated in the listing or invoice, and with the exception of vintage wristwatches and pocket watches. The warranty does not cover: bands, batteries, cracked or broken crystals or water damage. In addition, because most watches do not keep perfect, accurate time to the second, our warranty does not cover watches that run slow or fast. Damage from abuse or misuse (knocks, dents, crushing) or tampering by unauthorized technicians, will render this warranty null and void.
All warranty repairs must be sent to our California office for repairs. Please contact us at 800-494-3708 - before sending your watch for warranty repairs.
This warranty is valid to the original purchaser only and may not be transferred. Warranty does not apply to international customers.
We are not authorized dealers for any of the brands that we carry, including the Rolex Watch Company or its subsidiary, Rolex USA. Because we are not an authorized dealer, we can offer substantially greater discounts than authorized retailers.
