Pre-Owned Rolex Daytona Stainless Steel 16520
The Zenith Daytona is powered by an El Primero movement produced by the Zenith brand and modified by Rolex to offer 28,800 bph for a smooth and reliable reading. The ref. 16520 has since been discontinued and replaced by a 6-digit Daytona with a Rolex calibre movement, making the ref. 16520 particularly sought-after on the used Rolex market. This older model Daytona offers a sleek hold on the wrist via a 40mm case diameter and a thickness of just over 12mm. Solid end links now accompany the case, ushering in a modern era of bolder more robust Cosmograph Daytonas. The model came to market in the 1960s and has since become closely associated with the high-speed world of professional racing, thanks in large part to the addition of a Tachymeter bezel and innovative chronograph functions.
