Rolex Datejust Thunderbird Turn-O-Graph 116264
The Datejust Thunderbird has come a long way since its first flight with the US Airforce Thunderbirds in 1945. It holds the prestigious title as the first Rolex watch to feature a rotatable bezel in the form of the Turn-o-Graph bezel. This contemporary model features a refined construction with an 18 karat white gold bezel paired with a 904L stainless steel 36mm Oyster case and Oyster bracelet with high polish center links and an Oysterclasp. The case is outfitted with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a Twinlock screw-down crown for ultimate protection against everyday wear. Within the case lies Rolex's calibre 3135 self-winding movement with automatic movement, 31 jewels, and a Paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring for a smooth and reliable reading. Rolex's White Rolesor, a combination of steel and white gold offers a masculine contrast against the black dial set with two-tone index hour markers, red seconds hand, and red date wheel.
