Pre-owned Rolex GMT-Master ref 16700 (1989) is a prized collector's item because it holds a special place in GMT Master history. It was the last reference from the original GMT Master collection before it was discontinued and replaced with the GMT Master II. If you love a watch with impressive history and provenance, this is the vintage Rolex to buy. We also adore the bezel, which features Rolex's signature red and blue "Pepsi" insert, featuring two colors to distinguish between day and night hours. Ref. 16700 is a later production example made in the late 1980s. It features a black dial with Tritium, scratch-resistant sapphire, and the cal. 3175 Perpetual movement.
