Pre-owned Rolex GMT-Master II ref 16713 (1995) marks the last time a two-tone Rolex GMT was outfitted with an aluminum bezel. Rolex discontinued the 5-digit series in the mid-2000s and replaced it with the first round of ceramic bezel models. In addition to getting an upgraded bezel insert, the 6-digit generation was distinguished by broader lugs, a larger crown guard, and larger hour markers and hands.
