The Rolex Thunderbird is an interesting part of the brand's history. This unique take on the long-running Datejust was released in the 1950s, just before Rolex began production on some of its most recognizable tool watches, such as the Submariner and GMT Master. Topped with a rotatable bezel, the Thunderbird -aka "Turn-o-Graph" - Datejust was the first official tool watch released by Rolex. The 16263 is a steel and gold reference that features a stunning 18kt yellow gold bezel, a two-tone case and bracelet, and a matching silver dial adorned with a yellow gold display. A sophisticated take on the Rolex tool watch, this ref. 16263 is sure to turn heads.
