Used Rolex Date 1501 Stainless Steel Oyster Rivet
The Oyster Perpetual Date is a smaller variation of Rolex's iconic Datejust dress watch. The case measures 34mm and offers a modest hold on the wrist that will appeal to collectors with smaller to average-sized wrists. The preowned Rolex 1501 that is presented here today is a vintage timepiece with exceptional character and history. The silver dial presents the time via silver indices and hands, luminous material in a warm patina, and a date display at 3 o'clock. The dial itself shows some signs of wear which is reflected in the price. The case wears on an older-style Oyster bracelet with stainless steel rivet links and a Fliplock clasp. Initially waterproof up to 330 feet, the movement within the case has held its value well and still offers a highly reliable reading.
