Vintage Rolex Oyster Perpetual 1005
The Oyster Perpetual is the quintessential dress watch. Its feature set includes a modest 34mm Oyster case as well as a perpetual movement with self-winding technology and either a five-link Jubilee or a three-link Oyster bracelet. The pre-owned Rolex 1005 that is presented here today is the steel and gold variant that features a Jubilee bracelet, a striking fluted bezel in gold, and a sophisticated dial set with yellow gold index hour markers and sweeping hands. As a member of the Oyster Perpetual family, the case was initially waterproof up to 100 meters and runs on a calibre 1570 perpetual movement with 19,800 bph and a COSC rating.
