|Case:||Original case has been lightly polished in the past, however remains thick and even with original sharp edges. Case back is engraved "HENRY J. DAVIS STORER COMMUNICATIONS 25 years 9-1-86." We can remove engraving at buyer's request. Original bezel is in excellent condition Serial and reference numbers are crisp and well defined. Case back is stamped 6263 CRS. 200 UPH bezel. Fantastic example of a minty, and always desirable, 6265 'Big Red' Daytona. Crisp examples such as this one are becoming harder and harder to find.|
|Dial:||Original dial is in excellent condition with all lume plots intact. There are 2 small marks under "Cosmograph." The watch has newer service hands.|
|Bracelet:||Very Good 78350 19mm bracelet with 12 links and 571 end pieces. Bracelet has very light stretch from use.|

With the release of the new 116500ln, ceramic bezel, stainless steel Daytona; interest and demand for Rolex Daytona has never been higher. The mystique for the stainless steel Daytona has caused any of the vintage examples to be grail watches for many collectors and the 6265 version is no exception to this. This model is highly sought after by celebrities, collectors and the general public alike. Stainless steel bezel, waterproof, screw-down pushers and crisp clean dials are all hallmarks of this beautiful and collectible model.
This 6265, solid, stainless steel Daytona is an 8.9 million serial, dating it to 1986. This is the last of the manual wind movements and has a beautiful and dependable 727 version inside. The lightly polished case is in wonderful shape with sharp edges and thick lugs. The achievement engraving on case back can be removed at customer’s request. The original bezel is in remarkable shape with the numbers crisp, clear and very legible. The stark, matte black dial is in remarkable condition with all lume plots intact. There are 2 very small marks under the word “chronograph”. The red “Daytona” lettering above the 6 o’clock register is clean and vibrant. The 78350 bracelet is in great shape with 12 links. We are very happy to report that this is offered with its original box and a service record card from Rolex dated 2017. This is a fantastic example of a minty 6265 “Big Red” Daytona.
