Rolex Datejust 126233
The Oyster Perpetual Datejust was introduced to market in 1945. Over the past seventy years, many upgrades have been made to the line while maintaining the core aesthetic of the original model. The ref. 126233 that you see here today is an excellent example of that. Its feature set is contemporary while retaining many classic features, such as a jump date on the dial, a waterproofness case, and a Perpetual movement with self-winding. Its feature set includes a newer-style case with polished lugs, an engraved rehaut, and a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.
The case houses a next-generation calibre 3235 Perpetual movement and also offers waterproofness up to 100 meters via a double-sealed Twinlock screw-down crown. This example wears on a standard three-piece link Oyster bracelet secured by an Oysterclasp. This newer preowned Rolex also includes a very desirable Chromalight display on the dial that emits a bright blue glow for up to eight continuous hours.
