A striking new design element of the updated Seamaster Planet Ocean ref. 215.32.44.21.01.001 is the inclusion of a new bezel. The black ceramic bezel now includes orange rubber on the first 15 minutes of the scale—a world’s first.

Since then, Omega has steadily furnished key watches in their lineup with Master Chronometer movements.

The Seamaster Planet Ocean ref. 215.32.44.21.01.001 runs on the certified Master Chronometer Omega Caliber 8900 automatic movement with the Co-Axial escapement. Not only does this in-house mechanical movement offer 60 hours of power reserve, but it’s also impressively resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss.
