The 36mm model remained the only option with the Day-Date series until the 41mm edition was released in 2008. The 40mm model you see here came to market a few years later, featuring a slightly smaller and perfectly refined case. It caters to the big watch lovers while honoring the Day-Date's enduring design codes. Ref. 228235 is a lustrous 18k rose gold model featuring the iconic three-link "President" bracelet, glittering fluted bezel, and stunning green dial. Alternating baton and Roman numeral hour markers create perfect symmetry while keeping the dial clean and clutter-free.
