The Cartier Santos holds the title of the world's first men's wristwatch, which was developed by the brand in the early 1900s and officially released in 1911. WSA0010 Cartier Santos de Medium that you see here today, which features a 35.1 x 41.9mm case, a stainless steel finish, and a calibre 1847MC self-winding movement. The time is displayed via traditional tall Roman hour markers and matching sword-shaped hands set against a silvered opaline dial, making this preowned timepiece instantly recognizable as a Cartier Santos wristwatch.
