Omega Speedmaster 57'
The Omega Speedmaster "Moonwatch" is one of horology's most significant and iconic timepieces. The model was famously the first watch on the moon and has accompanied astronauts on all five lunar missions that followed. The ref. 331.10.42.51.01.002 Speedmaster 57' honors the Speedmaster's legacy by offering a vintage-inspired design and numerous modern amenities.
Its feature set includes a black dial topped with older-style indices and "Broad Arrow" hands filled with Superluminova plots in a darker faux patina hue. The Superluminova material emits a very attractive green glow for an easy reading in light or dark environments. The bezel is reminiscent of older-model Speedmasters and is calibrated to 300 units. Modern elements include a scratch-resistant and anti-reflect scratch-resistant sapphire crystal on both sides of the case and a chronometer-rate calibre 9300 Co-Axial movement with a 60-hour power reserve.
