The Panerai Radiomir earned its name after the Radium material that used to adorn its dials. Since that time, this material has been replaced with safer options. However, the name remains on the dial. The Black Seal ref. PAM 292 is characterized by a sandwich dial topped with central hour and minute hands, small seconds at 9 o'clock, and large Arabic markers at the 12, 3, and 6 o'clock positions. This particular used Panerai also showcases a desirable black ceramic 1950 cushion-style case measuring 45mm in diameter and topped with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. A Panerai calibre OP IX manual-winding movement beats within the case and offers a 56-hour power reserve for several days of reliable readings.
