Pre-owned Patek Philippe ref 570R is one of the most classic Patek Philippe designs, the Calatrava. Patek came out with this reference around 1938 and collectors have nicknamed it the "Calatravone" or "Large Calatrava" because it measures in at 35mm as a larger version of the reference 96, the original Calatrava. Patek offered this model in stainless steel, yellow gold, pink gold, white gold, and platinum. They also offered it with central seconds or small seconds like the example we have here. This 570 is cased in pink gold which is a rarity in itself. This example is in overall attractive condition and due to the fact the dial has been refinished, it offered a great value for this reference in pink gold.
