The ref. 16618 is a handsome 18kt yellow gold edition of the Submariner that also features a blue bezel insert and dial. Its design is very reminiscent of the sea in which it was designed to explore.
It also includes a standard 300-meter depth rating, a unidirectional bezel mounting, and a highly reliable calibre 3135 Perpetual movement. Many collectors will never use the Submariner for diving. However, its tough exterior is still a huge selling point for the Submariner as it has what it takes to withstand most daily wear. The 16618 is also popular among collectors for its all-gold finish, which is expected to hold its value well alongside the price of gold.
