- Josh BWhen you buy vintage watches, it only a question of when their will be a repair issue; not if. That said Larry M and his staff at Bob’s are incredible at standing behind what they sell. I had an issue with a vintage Rolex, and I was promptly sent a shipping label to send it back to Bob’s. Larry got the work done within a few business days reassuring me the whole time time they would not stop until the watch was made right. The repaired watch was sent back to me overnight delivery in great shape. When watches out of warrantee are bought, you are buying the dealer as much as the watch. After comparing Bob's to other websites, I found Bob's to have the best selection overall and the condition of the one I purchased looked better upon arrival than the pictures within their website. Some other dealers provide a better warranty (2 to 5 years), but the condition of their watches were not to the level of Bob's in my opinion.
