Bob's watches is a great company to do business with. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and provide customer service that is hard to to find now a days. Alexa is a great example of why Bob's is so successful. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. They do all the work for you and go out of their way to make the experience a good one.
Naturally sending my tolex watch in the mail to complete strangers made me a bit uneasy but after talking to Alexa and the procedures that Bob's adheres to I decided to give them a try and boy was I glad I did. - William BurkeWhen I contacted Bob’s about selling my deceased wife’s Rolex, Ms. Cohen stated that the watch I described, she would buy for $2,000 to $2,300, but needed to see the watch. She sent me a box, prepaid and insured. When she received the watch, Ms. Cohen called me to tell me the Rolex was worth $3,000, not the $2,000 to $2,300.
