I just wanted to let everyone know that this company is legit. I was very apprehensive about the whole wire transfer situation and actually got cold feet a week prior to ordering and paying for my watch. My bank made me feel like it was a scam but upon doing as much research and footwork as I could finally pulled the trigger and put my trust into the company. Long story, pressed but it now, got the transfer info immediately, went to my bank to wire the money to them at about 12pm eastern time. Wire was processed by 2:30 fast forward to today at 11:30 am eastern and I had the watch in hand as described and in perfect shape. Can’t say enough good things about Bob’s but I have 100% trust in their company from here forward. I would give them 10 stars if possible as all of the sales people were very patient with my questions and concerns and the accounting team took the time to answer my calls at the bank to make sure all of the account numbers were correct, I actually called after I left the bank to double check and again they couldn’t have been more patient and kind. Thanks again I’m not sure when I will buy my next Rolex but when I do I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else. Expectations were blown out of the water.

The watch was more beautiful in person, and in excellent shape even though it is 18 years old. Customer service was fantastic - I received my watch within 24 hours. I was hesitant to make a purchase online, but glad I did.

This was my first experience spending this much money on a watch let alone buying one online due to the pandemic so I was a little apprehensive to say the least. I found Bob's after months of research and after another couple months of hesitation I finally decided to make the move on a beautiful vintage Rolex Presidential and couldn't be happier. From start to finish, this was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. Everyone I worked with was super responsive and helpful. Alex B was fantastic answering all of my many questions and sending pictures of the piece. Stacy K and the rest of the team were great helping me with sizing. Once I made the purchase, I literally received my new watch the very next day in perfect condition matching the photos that were initially sent over. Everyone was extremely helpful and never made me feel pressured or as if I was waisting their time. When you buy vintage watches, it only a question of when their will be a repair issue; not if. That said Larry M and his staff at Bob’s are incredible at standing behind what they sell. I had an issue with a vintage Rolex, and I was promptly sent a shipping label to send it back to Bob’s. Larry got the work done within a few business days reassuring me the whole time time they would not stop until the watch was made right. The repaired watch was sent back to me overnight delivery in great shape. When watches out of warrantee are bought, you are buying the dealer as much as the watch. You can do no finer than Bob’s watches for your purchase.
