I have purchased two Rolex timepieces from Bob's Watches and could not be more pleased. The items were exactly as advertised. Prices are extremely fair. Free shipping, next day early AM sweet! If you have questions or service after the sale they answer the phone and their emails promptly, I know what a concept right? They are not in China. Sadly they are not in Texas but we will have to forgive that. They are now my go to source for pre-owned luxury watches. 5 stars all the way. I will be back.

These guys are the best! We had an original mens gold presidential face with diamonds. We had sold the watch 10 years ago and forgot to give the new buyer the extra face. (He had bought a black face w diamonds in it maybe 5 months after purchase .) I shopped around at two rolex stores and they werent interested. I went to another rolex jeweler who told me it was an original.. Worth money to only certain people. I found Bobs site and within a week I had a check in my hand. They did everything they said they would. Thank you guys! Appreciate all you did.

Transactions easy as eating Apple Pie. Sent in vintage GMT, it was inspected and offer made, fair and reasonable. I wired additional funds and next day a GMT-II arrived, absolutely beautiful. Looked new.

As most that make an expensive purchase site unseen I was a bit nervous. After receiving my Submariner first I was happy to receive a 2015 model that looked bran new. Second I had it authenticated at the local Rolex store, no issues. They were surprised when I told them what I paid for it. Third I required a few extra links, as I am a big guy. I called and spoke to a couple of staff members that were helpful and we were able to reach a fair deal.
I normally don't do testimonials, good or bad, but I just wanted people that are thinking of making a big purchase that I got a good deal at Bob's.

Began process of selling 1962 Rolex Submariner with Sam on Feb. 17, proceeds wired into my account on Feb. 22. Very satisfied. Glad I contacted Bob's and didn't listen to local experts.

I was very nervous about buying a Rolex Submariner online. I had bought one from another online "reputable" dealer years ago and I was not thrilled with the condition the watch was in. I had looked at several Rolex dealers at new watches, and one actually mentioned Bob's so I decided to check it out. I am so glad I did. I can tell you that this watch was in MINT condition. If I had not read on Bob's website that the watch was an 08, I would have sworn it was brand new. I took it to an authorized dealer the day I got it to authenticate it. They were not able to open the watch up but said that they did not feel it was necessary. The watch by what they saw was authentic and in great condition. I ordered it on Friday morning and they overnight-ed it to get to me by Saturday morning. The customer service was great and very friendly. I cannot recommend Bob's enough. I will be buying again from Bob's in the future.

If you are thinking of purchasing a Rolex or have to part with your prized Rolex as I did, then Bob's Watches is the place to go. It's never easy when you have to part with a prized possession, but sometimes life happens and it calls for difficult measures. I didn't want to sell my Rolex. I had to. I worried that somehow I would not be treated fairly. Then I spoke with Sam(Samantha). She helped me through the whole process, guiding me along ever so kindly. I felt a genuine trust and knewthat this would be a good experience. Perpaid shipping label came and away it went. Had an offer the next day. It was fair and we made the deal. Money was wired directly to my account the next day. Perfect!.

My first contact with Paul involved selling a very rare old vintage Rolex watch . I found Bobs watches as a referral from a local watch dealer. So I called Paul for information he was very helpful ,furnishing a great deal of his expert knowledge to a southern man he had never met
As time went by it became clear to me that this man and I could do business. Paul was honest, understanding and professional. I flew into John Wane Airport where Mr. Altieri personally met me. We went to his store. Paul gave me a tour an introduced his people. Paul said it was a hectic day, he had much to do ,could we talk as he drove . Sure we can do that I had never been in California and would enjoy seeing Huntington Beach . Huntington Beach, Los Angeles , Hollywood , North Hollywood, I saw it all and more. What a day, what a guy, what a city.. During all the traveling Paul and I came to agreement and I sold Paul my watch ..It could not have been better I got a great price for my Rolex and had a real good time seeing the city . It was time very well spent..
