They are very friendly on the phone, honest and give very fair prices when you sell a watch to them. They make it as easy as possible and also are very fast with shipping as they e-mail a prepaid shipping label that overnights your watch to them. Recently I wanted to trade for a watch and it arrived the very next day and is in exactly the condition they said which is just like brand new and I couldn't be happier! They also sent a check for the difference of the watch I traded.
