Ramsey reached out to my initial inquiry and provided me with the process. I sent photos, he provided me a quote and once I accepted the offer sent me a prepaid overnight shipping label. He let me know when the watch was received and that it would take a day to inspect. Once that was done and offer was officially accepted, I opted to have a check sent. I received it within 5 business days. I highly recommend Bob's Watches and more so working with Ramsey!City:South Lyon
