Breitling Chronomat A13050 Double Chronograph
The Breitling Chronomat is considered by many as the most successful model in the Breitling line. First introduced in 1941, it is also one of the Breitling's longest produced models. The reference A13050 that is offered here today is a "Yachting" watch that was developed specifically to accommodate yachtsmen during regattas. This particular reference came to market in 1995 and boasts every timekeeping function that one could possibly need, including a Tachymeter bezel and chronograph stopwatch functions. The ref. A13050 features baton hour markers, placing it in the category of a Chronomat GT (or Grand Totaliser). The Breitling wings are placed next to the date aperture as a nod towards the watch's history as a pilots watch, and an anchor sits just below the central handset, indicating that this particular reference is built for sailing.
