The Cartier Ballon Bleu de Cartier is characterized by a unique case design that features a screw-down crown that has been built into the actual case itself. The result is a shape that many avid pre-owned Cartier Ballon collectors describe as pebble-shaped. The markers on the dial also feature a distinctive positioning that curves around the crown insert. In true Cartier fashion, the time is displayed via the brand's iconic and bold Roman hour markers. The ref. W900Z3 that is presented here today is a two-tone and mid-size variant that features a steel and gold finish as well as a 37mm case. The case also features a waterproofness up to 30 meters and runs on a calibre 690 quartz movement.
