Description: Cartier Cle De Cartier Silver Roman Dial
Pre-owned Clé de Cartier ref WGCL0002 (2015) watch earns its name after the French term for "Key" or "Clé." Looking at the side of the case, you will see a rectangular key instead of the traditional round-shaped crown, hence the name "clé." However, in true Cartier fashion, the crown is still decorated with a blue sapphire cabochon, and the dial displays the time with Roman numerals and sword-shaped hands. Even though this Cartier is a departure from the blueprint the French Maison usually follows, as is evident with the tonneau-shaped case and winding key mechanism, it is still undeniably Cartier, and that's why we love this pre-owned rose gold model. Additionally, the Clé de Cartier was the first model in the brand's catalog to sport the caliber 1847MC automatic movement—a truly collectible pre-owned Cartier.
