Description: Ladies Cartier La Dona
Pre-owned Cartier La Dona ref W6600221 is a fascinating collection, initially released in 2006, shortly after the death of its muse and noted Mexican actress and singer María Félix - aka La Doña. The actress was known for her bold style and love for all things Cartier. She also had an affinity for crocodiles, a detail Cartier paid close attention to when developing the collection. The trapezoidal case resembles the shape of a crocodile head, and the half-moon multi-link bracelet its scales. It's a fitting tribute to Félix that only adds to the brand's storied history and eclectic portfolio. We have a beautiful example for sale here today in excellent condition, featuring a reliable quartz movement, iconic cabochon crown, and Roman numeral dial.
