Pre-owned Cartier Santos Dumont ref WGSA0032 (2024) is the current-production edition of the 18k rose gold Santos Dumont with a bold and contemporary extra-large case. It measures 46.6 mm x 33.9 mm yet is incredibly svelte at just over 7mm thick. Furthermore, the lugs have a generous curve, allowing the leather strap to hug the wrist nicely and creating a supremely comfortable wrist-wearing experience. Fit and feel aside, this watch is exquisite, pairing Santos' enduring design codes with modern elements such as a silver sunray dial, a sapphire crystal, and a hand-wound caliber 430 movement. The exposed screw-heads, square-shaped case, beaded crown decorated with a cabochon sapphire, and Roman numeral dial with accompanying blued steel hands remind the wearer that they are wearing a legendary wristwatch with roots dating over a century.
