Cartier Calibre De Cartier 42
The Cartier Calibre De Cartier was the first model in the brand's lineup to enter mass production with an in-house movement ticking away inside the case, hence its name, "Calibre de Cartier." The watch came to market in 2010 and exudes modern elegance at its best with a polarizing case, contemporary dial, and leather bracelet. At the same time, this watch is instantly recognizable as a Cartier timepiece with the brand's trademark Roman numeral hour markers and sword-shaped hands. The date sits at the 3-hour marker, and continuous seconds are displayed in a sub-dial at 6 o'clock. Several editions of the Cartier Calibre de Cartier have hit the market since 2010. However, ref. W7100037 remains one of the most sought-after.
