$5,000 STORE CREDIT SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
The $5,000 Store Credit Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Bob's Watches, with a principal place of business at 1900 Quail St., Newport Beach, CA 92660 (the "Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, independent contractors, interns, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or members of the same household of each, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant ("You") fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. You represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on March 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on June 12, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
5. HOW TO ENTER
A. FREE METHOD OF ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)
During the Sweepstakes Period, complete and submit the online entry form available at https://www.bobswatches.com/giveaway/rolex-watches, including any required verification steps (such as email verification).
B. PURCHASE ENTRY (OPTIONAL)
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may also receive one (1) entry with a qualifying purchase made on Sponsor's website.
Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.
No automated, robotic, scripted, bulk, or third-party entries are permitted. Any attempt to circumvent the entry limits or manipulate the Sweepstakes through multiple identities, email addresses, devices, or other fraudulent means is prohibited and may result in disqualification at Sponsor's sole discretion.
6. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive store credit with a maximum value of Five Thousand U.S. Dollars ($5,000 USD) (the “Prize”).
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000 USD.
Prize Conditions:
- The Prize may be applied toward the purchase of merchandise available on Sponsor's website.
- The total value of the Prize shall not exceed $5,000 USD under any circumstances.
- The Prize may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, coupon, or offer.
- If the selected merchandise is valued at less than $5,000, any unused portion of the Prize is forfeited and will not be awarded in cash or any other form.
- If the selected merchandise exceeds $5,000, the winner is solely responsible for paying the difference, including any applicable taxes, shipping, insurance, or fees.
- The Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
- No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Sponsor is not responsible for product availability or market pricing changes and reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about June 16th, 2026 from among all eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email within a reasonable time after selection. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days, is found ineligible, or fails to return required documentation within thirty-one (31) days, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Sponsor is not responsible for failed communications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or technical issues.
9. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the value of the Prize, as required by law.
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the Prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
12. FORCE MAJEURE / SPONSOR RIGHTS
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, non-authorized intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
13. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.bobswatches.com/privacy-policy.
14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of California.
15. WINNER LIST
To request a copy of the winner’s name, send a written request to 1900 Quail St., Newport Beach, CA 92660 within thirty (30) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
16. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
17. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES
By participating, entrants affirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
