Rolex GMT-Master 16700
The GMT Master embodies the adventurous spirit of flight, offering the ability to read both local and home time simultaneously while also bringing classic Rolex style the line. Developed in the 1950s, this innovative tool watch debuted during the dawn of transatlantic flight and was marketed by the brand as a pilot's watch. Today, collectors of all professions and lifestyles seek the GMT Master for its iconic style that includes a 40mm Oyster case worn on a flat-link Oyster bracelet, dial topped with classic hour markers and Mercedes hands, and a 24-hour rotatable bezel. The pre-owned Rolex 16700 was the last of the GMT Masters before being replaced by is successor the GMT Master II and boasts a Tritium luminous display on the dial, a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and a black dial and bezel.
