The Omega Constellation is one of the brand's most enduring models, coming to market in 1952 and continuing production today in various forms. Ref. 123.20.27.20.57.001 is a gorgeous lady's edition of the classic dress watch in beautiful stainless steel and 18k red gold. This two-tone finish is absolutely timeless and just exudes class and elegance. It looks stunning dressed down or up, which is why we think every watch box needs at least one. The example you see here also features a remarkable brown Mother-of-Pearl dial glittering with diamond brilliants. It includes automatic winding, a flattering 27mm case, a domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and water resistance up to 100 meters.
