Pre-owned Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional ref 310.30.42.50.01.001 is the modern evolution of the same chronograph that made history on the Moon. This 42mm stainless steel model follows the design of the fourth-generation Speedmaster, complete with the asymmetrical case, black step dial, and the famous “dot over 90” tachymeter bezel. It features a Hesalite crystal, just like the versions worn by NASA astronauts, and an embossed Seahorse medallion on the solid caseback, preserving that authentic, tool-watch heritage. Inside the case beats the Co-Axial Master Chronometer caliber 3861, a hand-wound movement that builds upon the DNA of the original 1861 with modern precision, anti-magnetic resistance, and a refined finish. This reference is the Speedy in its truest form for many collectors...the one closest in spirit to the watches that actually went to the Moon.

I've wanted a Moonwatch for over 20 years since I saw one in a space magazine in elementary school. I finally own one and couldn't be happier. Using the NATO strap until I can get several links removed from the metal band, but oddly enough I actual really like the NATO strap...
