ORIS AQUIS Depth Gauge
The Oris Aquis Depth Gauge is an intriguing dive watch. A small opening in the crystal is located at the 12-hour position, allowing water to enter a separate channel within the crystal. As the wearer dives below the surface, water pressure increases and compresses the air within the channel, which then indicates the depth via the yellow depth gauge that circles the dial. In addition to this innovative feature, the Oris Aquis Depth Gauge also features a depth rating of up to 500 meters, a 60-minute unidirectional time-lapse bezel in tungsten, legible luminous hour markers and hands, an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, and a striking black DLC coated stainless steel case worn on a rubber bracelet. This preowned Oris measures 46mm across the round of the case and 15mm thick, creating a substantial presence on the wrist.
