Panerai Radiomir California
The Panerai California Dial is distinguished by Roman numeral hour markers on the top half of the dial, Arabic numerals on the bottom half, an inverted triangle at 12 o'clock, and rectangles at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. It's an intriguing dial configuration that mirrors the patented art deco-style dial found on early model Rolex bubble back watches. This is significant because the Panerai PAM00931 for sale here looks very similar to the Rolex-made Panerai ref. 3646 produced in the 1940s, down to the unbranded dial, hour markers, and shape of the case, lugs, and crown. When it comes to vintage-inspired watches, this Panerai Radiomir is truly exceptional. Other features include a handsome brown ombre dial and lume in a faux patina to match the warm color of the dial.
