Panerai Luminor 1950 PAM601 Limited Edition 36/100
This example of the Panerai Luminor is dubbed the "Equation of Time" after the indicator displayed just above the 6-hour marker. The equation of time refers to the difference between the time displayed on the dial and the time provided by the solar meridian. When the wearer sets the date and month mechanisms on the dial, the Equation of Time indicator automatically adjusts. The ref. PAM 601 also boasts a classic 1950-style case with a cushion shape, a robust diameter, and a larger crescent-shaped crown guard. The brand's signature sandwich dial also accompanies the case and features a luminous disc in a vintage-inspired hue layered beneath the dial to create a bright, legible reading.
