This vintage Patek Philippe reference 3491/3 is in overall great vintage condition. The case is in good condition with normal signs of wear; the hallmark on the side of the case 9 o'clock is clearly visible. The dial is in great condition with light patina. The hands have developed patina and the hour hands shows some wear. The bracelet is signed by Patek on the back of the clasp with a "750" hallmark. The integrated bracelet is in overall great condition with normal signs of wear and doesn't sit completely flat on a flat surface, but is not noticeable on the wrist; it will fit up to a 7.5 inch wrist. The Calatrava cross on the outer clasp is crisp. The bracelet has developed a bit of a rosy patina. The dial, case, movement, crown and clasp are all signed by Patek Philippe.
Pre-owned Patek Philippe ref 3491/3 is a beautiful bracelet watch. The bracelet has a lovey textured pattern that continues on to the dial. The watch is powered by the manual caliber 175 which helps with it's thin profile. Coming in at approximately 4.5mm thick, this watch is quite svelte and fits nicely under a cuff. Originally designed for a man's wrist, these would be great for anyone. We have seen the demand in integrated bracelet watches increase lately and here is a great chance to get one from Patek.
