Pre-owned Patek Philippe Complications ref 5070J-001 (2001) yellow gold model was in production until around 2002. At 42mm in diameter, it was considered quite large for its time, particularly for a dress watch. However, that design set has stood the test of time and is perfectly on-trend by today's standards. Furthermore, the ref. 5070J features the caliber CH 27-70 hand-wound chronograph movement based on the Lemania 2310 with an impressive 60-hour power reserve. It measures 42mm in diameter, approximately 48.5mm from lug-to-lug, and about 11.6mm thick. The case is dressed in lustrous yellow gold, contrasting with the sharp black dial and matching leather strap. Adorning the dial are elegant, leaf-shaped hands, gold Arabic numerals, and a sophisticated gilt Tachymeter scale and sub-dials.
